If you are an existing CPD Certification Centre Approved Provider, your Provider Portal is the fastest route to managing your account, checking the status of a submission, accessing your accreditation credentials, downloading certificates, and updating your directory listing. Many common account queries can be resolved directly through the portal without needing to contact us at all. If you cannot find what you need in your account, your dedicated accreditation officer is always available to help.

We aim to respond to all new provider and accreditation enquiries the same working day where possible, and within one working day for all other enquiries. During periods of high demand, this may extend slightly and we will always keep you informed. See our full response time commitments above.
Existing Approved Providers can manage their account, check submission status, access accreditation credentials, and download learner certificates through the CPD Certification Centre Provider Portal. Log in at [portal link]. If you experience any issues accessing your account, contact us at info@cpdcertificationcentre.co.uk and we will help you straight away.
If your accreditation has been granted but you have not received your credentials, please log in to your Provider Portal in the first instance, as credentials are issued directly to your account. If they are not visible in your account, contact your dedicated accreditation officer or email info@cpdcertificationcentre.co.uk with your provider number and we will resolve this for you promptly.
CPD Certification Centre learner certificates are issued by your training provider through the CPD Certification Centre system. In the first instance, please contact the provider whose activity you completed and request your certificate directly from them. If you are unable to reach your provider or have a specific issue with your CPD Certification Centre certificate, please contact us using the form above, select Learner Certificate Query, and provide the name of the provider and the activity you completed.
You can verify the accreditation status of any CPD Certification Centre provider, course, or activity by checking the CPD Certification Centre Directory on our website. Each accredited provider and activity is listed with a unique CPD Certification Centre accreditation number. If you want to verify a specific accreditation number that does not appear in our directory or have a concern about a provider using our mark without authorisation, please contact us at info@cpdcertificationcentre.co.uk.
If you have a concern about the conduct or practices of a CPD Certification Centre accredited provider, or if you believe a provider is using CPD Certification Centre credentials without authorisation, please contact us in writing at info@cpdcertificationcentre.co.uk. All reports are treated seriously and in confidence. We will investigate every concern we receive and respond to you within five working days of receipt.

CPD Certification Centre operates as a professional services organisation and we manage all accreditation services remotely. If you would like to visit our Ely, Cambridgeshire office, please contact us in advance to arrange an appointment. Walk-in visits cannot be accommodated without prior arrangement.
